Return & Refund Policy

Every Design33 Studio mural is made to order and custom printed to each customer's wall dimensions. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Damaged or misprinted orders
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your mural arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a free replacement of the affected panels or the full mural at no additional cost to you.

Samples
Sample swatches are non-returnable, as they are produced to order for evaluating material and color.

Order changes
If you need to correct your size or details, please message us as soon as possible after ordering. We can only make changes before production begins.
