All Design33 Studio murals are made to order and ship from Texas, USA.

Production & processing
Each mural is custom printed after your order is placed. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing time may be longer for very large murals or during busy seasons — if any significant delay is expected, we'll let you know.

Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout (standard or express). You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic (USA)
No customs fees for US buyers. Standard carriers include USPS and UPS.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
